Nice to meet you! I'm Vonni. Imagine graduating and aiming for a career in one field, but then getting lured into a different path by a tempting job offer (who can resist a good-paying job after college, right?). That's exactly what happened to me when a recruiter convinced me to switch gears from health administration to overseeing guest services at a retail store. Surprisingly, this unexpected opportunity led me to discover my love for HR leadership while managing a diverse team. Despite realizing that HR wasn't always appreciated on the operational side, I used this knowledge to become an expert in various aspects of the business, earning trust and respect from my colleagues. Now, I work as an HR professional, constantly learning and growing. My ultimate joy lies in guiding others to reach their full potential and authentic selves through their career journeys. Life truly is full of unexpected twists and turns, isn't it?
